Being Brimful of Love and Joy

September 27, 2010

As I said earlier (“Unexpressed Joy is an Upset”), if we find ourselves unable to express our love and joy, it can be an upset.

We normally think of ourselves as upset when we cannot express our anger, disappointment, hate, or other negative emotions, but we can also be upset when we cannot express happiness and bliss.

As the light continues to increase on the planet, we’re all going to find ourselves experiencing more joy and love.

If you need a place to express it and the comments don’t work for you here, I recommend the Yahoo discussion group, Share11.  You all know Chris. He was a cofounder of Share11. Su Richards is another of the current owners with Chris. Su has been reposting some of the articles here on Share11. You can find them both on Share11.

Share11 can be found at:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Share11/

Share11 means “Share the Truth.” Eleven is the number of the master revealer of truth. It’s a place to share how it is for you and emerge in the process.

So don’t sit there with unexpressed joy and love going on with you. Express it or you risk it turning into something negative.  Let out your love and joy in any way you can. Send it out to the world. Don’t clog the pipeline. Let the river flow.

I send unconditional love and light each night before retiring. I send this out into the universe through my zimbate healing. Love golden light and love.
